Stylish furnishings and a prime location in Palma.

The soundproofing in the hotel left much to be desired. I could hear conversations and doors slamming throughout the night. The entrance area felt quite unsafe due to homeless individuals and other unsavory characters nearby, prompting me to use the back entrance instead. The suite I booked also lacked sufficient natural light.

Fabulous location right in the heart of Palma, just steps from restaurants and shops. The beautiful room had a spacious balcony overlooking a lovely square. Staff were helpful, even pre-ordering taxis for us. The kitchenette was perfectly equipped for light meals. Noise from the street disrupted sleep each night, and cleaning did not happen consistently. Next time, I'll request a higher room for less noise. Things like that would enhance the stay even more.
